New national standard on washing machines kicks in

The freshly revised national standard on Electrical Washing Machines for Household Use and Similar Uses, numbered GB/T 4288-2018, kicks in starting October 1st 2018. It revises the measurement and labeling of capacity, includes wear and tear as a new testing index, discards the previous D grade and introduces A+ grade.
