Five CHEAA carbon footprint accounting standards and three ammendments unveiled

Approved by China Household Electrical Appliances Association, five CHEAA Standards including T/CHEAA 0042—2025 Greenhouse gases—Quantification requirements and methods of product carbon footprint—Electrical washing machines, and the No.1 amendments of three CHEAA Standards including T/CHEAA 0027—2023 Greenhouse gases—Quantification requirements and methods of product carbon footprint—Household electrical appliances, have been officially released on January 9, 2025, and have since taken effect.
