China's Ministry of Finance released a notice coded [2016]113 recently. Approved by State Council, the notice is established to increase taxation rebate on exports of select products, including mechanical and electrical products and petroleum products, and is set to kick in starting November 1, 2016. The compliance of products depends on the date identified on their declarations for exportation.
