Joint standard of CHEAA and CCSA made into an industry standard

China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology approved 454 industry standards on April 10, 2024, which included YD/T 4657-2024 "Technical Requirements for Cross-Platform Access Certification of Mobile Internet + Smart Home Systems". The standard was established based on the joint standard of China Household Electrical Appliances Association (CHEAA) and China Communications Standards Association which is (CCSA) T/CCSA 328-2021| T/CHEAA 0019-2021 Smart home system-Technical requirement for cross-platform access and authentication. The standard will take effect starting July 1, 2024.
