For the first half of 2020, China’s total exports and imports stood at 14.24 trillion Yuan, down by 3.2% year-on-year, a decline narrowed by 1.7% compared to the figure for the first five months, according to General Administration of Customs. The export value for H1 came to 7.71 trillion Yuan, down by 3% while the import value 6.53 trillion Yuan, down by 3.3%. For June alone, both the export and import value experienced a positive growth for the first time this year.
