Midea Group posted revenue of 183.7 billion Yuan in H1 2022, up 5% YoY, and net profit attributable to the parent company 16 billion Yuan, up 6.6% YoY, according to the half-year report of the company released on August 30, 2022. It is learned that the company’s B2B business soared with business of its building technology division up 33.1% YoY and its digital innovation business up 42.4%.

Plus, the company’s revenue from its smart home division came to 125.9 billion Yuan, up 3.5% YoY, of which its premium brands COLMO and Toshiba stood out particularly. In H1 2022, COLMO reported overall sales of more than 4 billion Yuan, up 150% YoY, and combined sales volume of home appliance packages more than 130,000 units.
