China Household Electrical Appliances Association (CHEAA) and China Communications Standards Association (CCSA) established a joint work group on smart home interconnection (CHEAA/CCSA JWG1) in Shenzhen on December 9 2020. It signals a step forward of the cooperation between CHEAA and CCS, and is expected to advance the development of smart home with the joint efforts of home appliance industry and information communication industry.
It is learned that the cooperation of CHEAA and CCSA has lasted for nearly 3 years. On March 2019, the two associations signed a Memorandum of Understanding and launched their partnership in intelligence and IoT field. In September 2020, they jointly held a training meeting on smart home interconnection.
