China Household Electrical Appliance Technical Conference (CHEATC 2023) was successfully held from May 18-19, 2023 in Ningbo, Zhejiang province. Organized under the theme of smartness, healthiness and greenness, the conference included a plenary session, seven sessions that cover refrigerators/freezers, air conditioners, washing machines, kitchen appliances, whole house water use and space heating, portable appliances and smart bathroom, and an award ceremony for excellent papers as usual.
The long-anticipated event attracted more than 800 attendees onsite while saw an increased number of online attendees too. It’s worth noting that it has been the first grand technical event of the industry after the optimization of covid-19 prevention and control measures. It brought together the technical innovations of the past two years and pointed technical directions down the road for home appliance industry to achieve high quality development.
