The combined exports of home appliances from China stood at 2751.78 million units from January to September 2023, up 7% YoY, of which that for September alone stood at 353.04 million units, up 23.6% YoY, according to the data released by General Administration of Customs on October 18, 2023.
By category, the exports of air conditioners stood at 39.70 million units from January to September 2023, up 1.7% YoY, of which that for September alone 2.29 million units, up 21.1% YoY; the exports of refrigerators stood at 49.87 million units from January to September 2023, up 12.5% YoY, of which that for September alone 6.09 million units, up 55.8% YoY; the exports of washing machines stood at 21.11 million units from January to September 2023, up 40.8% YoY, of which that for September alone 2.8 million units, up 50.2% YoY; the exports of vacuum cleaners stood at 106.23 million units from January to September 2023, up 14.1% YoY, of which that for September alone 16.42 million units, up 58.6% YoY; the exports of TVs stood at 75.67 million units from January to September 2023, up 8.4% YoY, of which that for Liquid Crystal Display TVs 75.20 million units, up 8.5% YoY.
