Midea Group purchases all outstanding shares of Hitachi Compressor（Thailand）Ltd. held by Hitachi Global Life Solutions, Inc. on December 24 2020.
Founded in 1993, HCTL manufactures refrigeration compressors with its mature equipment and production lines.
The acquisition will strengthen Midea’s global deployment. And Midea will use Hitachi Compressor (Thailand) as an important production base in the ASEAN region for future business expansion.
