Today (Feb 23, 2026), Panasonic Entertainment & Communication Co.Ltd(PEAC)announced a comprehensive business partnership with Shenzhen Skyworth Display Technology Co Ltd, and its group companies, one of the world's leading TV manufacturers. The partnership will be executed on a region by region basis and will bring exceptional global development, manufacturing and scale capabilities.

This is coupled with a shared mission to deliver unwavering commitment to quality and brand excellence, particularly vital in Europe's discerning markets.

Under the agreement the new partner will lead sales, marketing and logistics across the region, while Panasonic provide expertise and quality assurance to uphold its renowned audiovisual standards with full joint development on Top End OLED models.

Furthermore, Effective 1 April 2026, Panasonic’s Entertainment Division will reintegrate into Panasonic Corporation strengthening the consumer business within Panasonic and Europe is highlighted as a strategic market for the consumer business for long term success.
