On August 18, BSH Home Appliances officially announced a partnership with Xiaomi’s leading smart home platform, Mijia. Selected products from BSH’s Bosch and Siemens brands are now integrated into the Mijia ecosystem, enabling cross-brand smart connectivity and jointly expanding the smart home landscape.
Through cloud-to-cloud integration, BSH and Mijia will rapidly connect suite-based products to the Mijia platform. Siemens appliances—including refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, built-in water purifiers, and coffee machines—as well as Bosch’s Cookit and other select products, will support remote control, status monitoring, fault alerts, and consumable low Alerts. Users can interact via the “Xiaoai Speaker,” easily achieving voice control of appliances, checking remaining operation time, and managing child locks, among other smart home functions.
The collaboration also supports cross-platform operations. Within the Mijia App, users can directly access Siemens or Bosch WeChat mini-programs to purchase appliances, accessories, and services, enabling a one-stop smart home experience for device management, brand navigation, accessory selection, and customer support.
